According to the relevant provisions of the "Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting Price Mechanism Reform" (Zhongfa [2015] No. 28) and the "Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Deepening the Reform of the Electric Power System" (Zhongfa [2015] No. 9), in order to further promote the reform of transmission and distribution electricity prices, establish a transmission and distribution electricity price system with clear rules, reasonable levels, strong supervision, and scientific transparency, and engage in business with the National Energy Administration, We have formulated the "Pricing Measures for Transmission Prices of Regional Power Grids (Trial)", "Pricing Measures for Transmission Prices of Cross provincial and Cross regional Special Projects (Trial)", and "Guiding Opinions on Setting Distribution Prices for Local Power Grids and Incremental Distribution Networks", which are now issued to you for implementation. Please report any related issues or situations during the trial process in a timely manner.
